Return & Refund Policy – Body Jewelry

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all body jewelry that has been used or worn is non-returnable and non-refundable.

We only accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.


Non-Defective Returns

If the item is not defective or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the returned item meets the conditions above, customers may request an exchange or store credit once the item is received and inspected.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging for review.

Once the claim is approved, we will provide replacement or exchange instructions.

Please note that replacement or exchange items may take approximately 1–2 months to process and ship, depending on product availability and manufacturer timelines.
